Import the URLs into your CRM/ERP
Use the generated public image URLs in your CRM, ERP, CMS, PIM, or e-commerce platform's import template.
A short walkthrough for your first session with ProductImageSync. Most users finish their first workflow in under ten minutes.
Open the Marketplace listing and install ProductImageSync. Google will show the required permissions before installation — review them and approve to continue.
Heads up: the Marketplace listing goes live with the public release. The Install buttons on this site will lead there.
Start with a sheet that contains product rows — at minimum, a column with SKUs (or any unique identifier) and a column with images. Sheets imported from Excel are fully supported; floating images will be detected.
Click Extensions → ProductImageSync → Start. The add-on sidebar opens on the right side of your sheet.
Tell the add-on which column holds your SKUs (or article numbers) and which column holds the product images. You can also choose where generated image URLs should be written.
Pick one or more workflows:
Tip: you can run all three in one pass or pick a single workflow.
Check your spreadsheet — images are now anchored in cells, URLs are written back next to each SKU, and your Google Drive folder contains the renamed export. Your catalog is ready to share, copy, or import elsewhere.
Use the generated public image URLs in your CRM, ERP, CMS, PIM, or e-commerce platform's import template.
Send the file to a buyer, supplier, or colleague. Anchored images stay in place when they filter or sort.
Re-open the add-on on the next product sheet. Your previous column selections are remembered to speed things up.
