Transparent data handling for spreadsheet workflows
ProductImageSync uses access only for the actions you run inside your spreadsheet. Images are exported to your Google Drive and public links are created only as part of the workflow you choose.
- The add-on runs only when you click "Run" — no background access, no scheduled scanning.
- It uses the per-file drive.file scope: it can only see files it created on your behalf.
- Exported images are saved to your Google Drive — not to a third-party server.
- Public image URLs are created only when you explicitly request them.
- Your product data is never sold and never used for advertising.
- Your spreadsheet content is never used to train machine-learning models.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
